Group Retreats

Greer Glen Lodge is an austere departure from the everyday grind, and is sure to charm everyone in your small group from the accomplished outdoorsman to the reserved bookworm.  Church groups, sports clubs, active seniors, therapy groups, writer workshops, and even picturesque bachelor/bachelorette parties will find this homey venue to be an excellent fit for a friendly gathering.

The Main Lodge offers a great deal of room for meeting spaces and social interaction with its over 3,000 square feet of living space. When that doesn’t feel like enough room, simply step outside, enjoy the sights, sounds, and smells of Greer and feel free to nature watch, hike, fish, or even ski when the season is right.

Your group will enjoy fresh towels and linens, along with access to the Lodge’s energy efficient washer and dryer for personal items. The lodge kitchen is equipped with all of the necessary pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, and appliances needed to make tasty home-cooked meals. If your team’s appetite is too large to wait through meal prep, be sure to consult our list of nearby restaurants to find a quick and delicious local fix.

For those looking to stay connected, the lodge offers high speed internet, a landline, work space and a copier/scanner. The Main Lodge also offers digital satellite television with a cable subscription including channels like HBO.

Greer Glen’s Main Lodge and Flat spaces combined can fit a maximum of 26 guests across the 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms offered collectively, but it is best if group organizers take a glance at our Sleeping Chart to figure how the space will work best for their party - simply contact us for further detail.

Should your party include guests with RVs, there are also five spaces for recreational vehicles to utilize water, sewer connection and power. No campers/RV’s over 36 feet will fit, however, due to turn around limitations.

To preserve our guests’ privacy, property management is located off-site. Area services and activities are provided by a network of local residents, and maintenance/housekeeping is taken care of between visits.
